Production Equipment

With more than two decades of experience in production and R&D, our production base is equipped with highly specialized equipment to ensure consistent performance, strength and thermal stability under extreme racing conditions, while also meeting customers' unique customization needs. Main equipment in our factory:

Automatic CNC press -:used to accurately press sintered metal friction materials into the core plate;

Laser cutting machine -: used to accurately ensure the shape and hole position of the steel plate layout;

High temperature sintering furnace -: the maximum temperature can reach 1100°C, so that the friction layer is perfectly combined with the structural integrity of the steel plate;

Dynamic balancing machine - ensure that each clutch plate maintains vibration-free operation at high speeds;

Automatic riveting and assembly line -: efficient assembly of clutch buttons and backing plates;

Coordinate measuring machine and inspection tools -: precision tools for tolerance control and quality assurance.
