Q: What are the differences between paper-based friction plates and copper-based friction plates?
Paper-based friction plates are made by impregnating plant fibers or synthetic fibers (as the base material) with binders such as resin. They are characterized by a high and low-fluctuation friction coefficient, a low wear rate, and minimal wear to mating components (e.g., metal discs). They are more suitable for medium and low-load, high-frequency clutch/braking scenarios, such as automatic automotive transmissions and hydraulic clutches in small construction machinery. In contrast, copper-based friction plates are suitable for heavy-load and high-temperature environments, while paper-based friction plates are mostly used in light-duty equipment where low-cost requirements are prioritized.

Q: How long is the quality guarantee period?
365days,in case of quality discrepancy,the buyer should be claim within 90 working days after the arrival of goods at port of destination.while of quantity discrepancy,the buyer should be claim within 15 working days after the arrival of goods at port of destination.
Q: How do I determine the friction material model I need? Do you provide samples for testing?
You can provide the brand, model, and year of your vehicle/equipment, or the size parameters of the friction material, and our technical team will match the corresponding model for you. We also offer free samples (freight to be borne by the customer) for customers to conduct installation tests and performance verification.
Q: Are the friction materials stable in extreme environments (such as high temperature, low temperature, and high humidity)?
Yes, our products have undergone rigorous environmental testing: the friction coefficient fluctuation is ≤±0.05 within the temperature range of -40℃ to 200℃; they show no rust after 480 hours of salt spray testing, and can meet the usage requirements in extreme environments such as coastal areas, frigid zones, and deserts.
Q: How are packaging and logistics arranged for export orders? Do you support door-to-door service?
The products are packaged in anti-static and moisture-proof wooden cases, which meet international maritime/air transport standards. For logistics, you can choose sea freight, air freight, or express delivery. We have long-term cooperation with international logistics providers such as DHL and Maersk, and support door-to-door (DDP) service with full tracking of the logistics status.
Q: Can you provide customized friction material solutions, such as performance adjustments for special working conditions?
Yes, we can. We have a professional R&D team that can customize formulas and processes according to customer needs (such as extreme loads, special speed ranges, upgraded environmental protection indicators, etc.). We provide full-process services from solution design to sample testing to meet the needs of personalized scenarios.
